At Amanda Jetson Fitness we understand how important it is to be an athlete, sometimes it’s everything. If you’re looking to take your game to the next level we offer training for any volleyball player looking to enhance their performance. We offer strength, speed, agility, plyometric, stability, and injury resistance training. If you’re looking to enhance your skills and become more consistent, we also provide skills training for ages 12 & up.
