Who is Amanda?

As a swim instructor and volleyball coach of 15 years Amanda has had a fulfilling career helping individuals overcome self-doubt by achieving things they didn’t believe to be capable of. Being a personal trainer and mother of two, she understands the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, not only for herself, but for her loved ones.
Amanda has helped others achieve their goals through strength training, plyometrics, power development, speed/agility training, and skill development. As a lifetime athlete who has competed overseas she is well versed with all walks of life, and has the ability to meet people where they are to facilitate growth and help individuals meet their own potential.
Amanda’s methods of training consist of developing proper mechanics and making sure fundamentals are sound. She has a passion for coaching each client through cultivating a sustainably healthy lifestyle and workout regimen. Amanda has worked with all ages from children to seniors, and understands no one formula fits all. Her goal is to ensure each program is tailored to every individual’s lifestyle and goals, and more importantly that each person leaves feeling more confident than they arrived.
